I currently work with the Shelf Life team at FIELD, a Berlin-based software development company operating in Nigeria and Kenya with a focus on healthcare - helping retail pharmacies with the underlying supply chain and financing that drives them in improving community health. We’re data-driven. I love building products, teams, and ideas. As a startup operator, what matters most to me is creating the platform and community for teams to feel empowered to do their best work and consistently deliver value to customers.

My professional interests include strategy & operations, project management, business analysis, process design & improvement. I’ve been lucky to lead and work cross-functionally in early-stage startup teams— doing everything from Operations, Marketing, and Product & Business Development. Leveraging experience from a multinational pharma corporation and working in civil service for the government on a community-based insurance scheme for a state Ministry of Health, South West, Nigeria.

In other roles, I have worked as a Medical Representative at Novartis, Branch Manager for Medplus, and freelance consultancy on pharmacy and healthcare systems projects.

I have participated in several industry events, conferences, university and student forums to inspire the future.
